I worked with Kathy on the purchase of a new home and she helped my mom purchase a home close to me as well. Kathy is amazing. She would always answer texts and emails within 30 minutes of receiving them and showed strong communication throughout the process. Kathy is also very honest and showed a high degree of professionalism which I very much appreciated. She definitely knew the area we were buying in and was able to answer all of our questions intelligently and honestly. If she didn't know the answer she would go find out for us. She also help me understand many of the nuances of the contract and other aspects of the buying process which were new to me because I had never lived in AZ before. She went out of her way to help both me and my mom with aspects of the sale and interstate moves that she didn't have to be involved in including helping us identify new services, assisting with repairs, assisting with the closing and just generally being there for us every step of the way.I would highly recommend Kathy and wish I was buying another home so that I could work with her again!

We had a very good experience in working with Kathy Marx. At the start she showed us many properties, but we just weren't quite ready to commit. Kathy agreed to send us updates weekly on properties that were for sale while we were out of state. Sure enough, every week we had an email from Kathy showing us photos and information on the current properties. When we decided to buy, she met with me onsite and did a fantastic job of showing me the available properties and discussing them thoroughly and answering my questions. She pointed out things about the homes that I would not have noticed which was very helpful. Once I made a decision she did a great job of handling the sale in a very quick and thorough manner. Kathy and Rodger were amazing! We first started looking in April 2018, thinking we wouldn't retire and move until 2022. They showed us homes in Sun City, Surprise and even Casa Grande. When things changed at work and we moved my retirement date up to November 2018, Kathy started emailing us listings that we might like.
